Anderson Scholar Entrepreneurship Concentration

The Anderson Scholars Program enables students to pursue a passion with structure, rigor, and depth.

With guidance from an advisor in entrepreneurship, you will pursue an individualized track that connects course work with significant experiences outside the walls of the school.

The Anderson Scholar Entrepreneurship Concentration helps students learn business skills and provides opportunities to meet with successful entrepreneurs. An Entrepreneurship Concentration allows boys to explore the world of business in detail through coursework, extracurricular activities, and a summer job experience. It culminates with scholars managing their own small business that they have created.

Humanities

Anderson Scholars in Historical Research will provide students with the opportunity to do in-depth research on a particular historical topic and to sharpen their writing skills.

Participation in the Anderson Scholars Science Research Concentration helps students learn how to problem solve, think critically, and use the design thinking process to formulate and test hypotheses or solve engineering design problems.

Middle School Research

Through the Junior Research Fellowship program, individuals or groups of students in grades 5-8 who have a passionate interest, are performing well in the classroom and show task-commitment capabilities may pursue high-level research on a chosen topic.
